Carbon Footprint Policy
Goldfine Manufacturers Public Co.,Ltd. realizes the importance of Global Warming and the effects which company operations have on the environment and society. In 2025 the company began collecting relevant data and prepared reports on our greenhouse gas emissions based on data from 2024 operational year. Our reports comply with the Carbon Footprint for organization (CFO) report standards set by TGO. We also adhere to ISO 14064-1:2018 which specifies guidance for the quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions at the organizational level. Based on these reports, the company has set goals and guidelines to reduce its carbon emission through the following, Short Term Goals (2 years)At present the company has installed roof top solar panels at its factory in Bangkok, enabling production electricity of 400 KW per day. Plans have been initiated to install roof top solar panels at its Mae Sot factory, expecting to be able to reduce carbon emission by 3% annually. Mid Term Goals (5 years)The company aims to reduce its carbon emission 15% by the year 2030 through various measures being the additional installation of solar panels on the roof of its carpark at its factory in Bangkok, replacing refrigerant gas used in air conditioners from R22 to R32, reducing the number of combustion vehicles by substituting with electrical vehicles, encouraging less use of paper and plastic bottles within the organization etc.Long term Goals (10 years)To attain environmental sustainability in the future, it is the company’s goal to reduce carbon emission by 25% by the year 2035 by strictly following measures already implemented above, and continuously providing knowledge and vigorously building awareness within the organization the importance of efficiently utilizing resources, encouraging the use of materials and production technology that is environmental friendly, efficient disposal of waste, promoting the use of 3R, (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle), supporting activities both within the company and community to increase green areas, etc.
